Compare suitable platforms against real workflow needs, integration constraints, operating costs, and ownership.
Turn requirements into a platform decision
A polished demonstration does not establish whether a platform fits your daily work. WTA uses an agreed requirements brief to create a focused shortlist and compare alternatives. Existing platforms and licenses are considered before recommending another purchase.
How the comparison works
- Separate essential requirements from useful preferences.
- Agree criteria and weighting with business and technology owners.
- Assess task fit, integrations, permissions, and approval controls.
- Document data handling, hosting, support, and portability requirements.
- Compare implementation effort and recurring costs at realistic task volumes.
Where evaluation is included and trial access is available, we use representative cases, exceptions, and failure scenarios. We record which conclusions come from testing, vendor documentation, or assumptions. A shortlist is a decision aid, not a guarantee of performance.
What your team receives
Receive a comparison scorecard, a recommendation with its rationale, a cost-assumptions register, and a list of dependencies and unanswered questions. The recommendation can be to retain an existing platform, run a bounded trial, or defer selection until important gaps are resolved.
Define the evaluation scope
The proposal identifies the platforms and workflows being assessed and whether hands-on trials are included. Vendor licenses, trial availability, procurement, and legal review remain explicit dependencies. Selection does not automatically include production configuration or migration.
