Define platform setup, access, evaluation, training, and handover so the team can adopt the selected workflow.
Translate selection into an adoption plan
Choosing a platform is one decision; making it useful to a team requires an operating plan. WTA defines how the selected workflow will be configured, tested, introduced to users, and supported. Assessment outputs form the basis of a separately scoped onboarding engagement when implementation is required.
What the plan covers
- Environment, account, access, and administrative ownership.
- Approved data sources, integrations, and permission boundaries.
- Representative acceptance cases and human approval points.
- User guidance, training, escalation, and feedback collection.
- Monitoring, support responsibility, recovery, and handover.
What your team receives
Receive a sequenced onboarding roadmap with dependencies, accountable owners, acceptance criteria, and a handover checklist. Where hands-on onboarding is commissioned, the agreed scope can cover setup, configuration, a bounded pilot, team training, and operating documentation. Each included deliverable is stated in the proposal.
Start with a controlled user group
Agree who will use the first workflow and how their results will be reviewed. Test common exceptions and unavailable integrations before broader reliance. Measure completed work, review effort, adoption, and operating cost. Expand, revise, or stop based on the evidence.
Keep commercial boundaries clear
Platform subscriptions, custom integrations, migration, and ongoing support are not automatically included in an assessment. Your team approves the delivery scope before implementation begins and retains a usable plan if it chooses another implementation route.
