Business & Workflow Assessment
Map current work, establish cost and quality baselines, and shortlist useful opportunities for AI. WTA agrees on scope, evidence, ownership, and deliverables with your team before starting.
Six areas of AI readiness
Readiness depends on the use case. Your organization may be ready for an internal knowledge assistant while needing stronger controls before an agent can change customer records. We assess the proposed work in its real business context.
- Business priorities: Identify costly delays, repetitive work, service problems, and outcomes worth improving.
- Data readiness: Check whether required information is accessible, reliable, appropriately governed, and usable.
- Technology readiness: Review existing applications, integration options, infrastructure, and operational constraints.
- People and ownership: Identify the business owner, delivery team, support responsibilities, and adoption needs.
- Governance and risk: Define what AI may access, generate, or execute, with clear approvals and escalation.
- Delivery and measurement: Establish baselines, acceptance criteria, evaluation methods, and a viable release process.
Any scorecard is accompanied by its method, evidence, assumptions, and gaps. A percentage alone is not a sound basis for an implementation decision.
