Data & Governance Readiness
Review information quality, integration needs, permissions, team ownership, and human approval requirements. WTA agrees on scope, evidence, ownership, and deliverables with your team before starting.
How the assessment works
- Understand priorities. Map the current journey with the people who perform and own it. Record volumes, delays, exceptions, effort, and desired outcomes.
- Inspect current capabilities. Review the relevant data, applications, integrations, team skills, and controls.
- Compare candidate use cases. Weigh business value, feasibility, risk, dependencies, and implementation effort.
- Identify prerequisites. Explain which process, data, access, or ownership gaps must be resolved first.
- Define a pilot. Agree on scope, an accountable owner, success measures, human oversight, and stopping criteria.
- Build the roadmap. Sequence implementation, training, and expansion around evidence from the pilot.
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and your existing systems inform the options. We choose tools after understanding the work, rather than treating a preferred model or agent framework as the starting point.
