Gordy Health provides virtual services for people managing blood pressure from home. Its platform brings specialist access, appointment scheduling, health information, prescription delivery, and ongoing monitoring into a shared care experience. The design supports patients as they review their records and navigate available services. It also brings the different parts of that experience together, helping users understand where to find appointments, monitoring details, and support for their care.
We were tasked with creating a usable interface that simplified health management while accommodating different user needs and digital confidence levels. We also planned connected integration of real-time diagnostics, prescription delivery, and ongoing monitoring features to provide a connected and cohesive virtual care experience.
